My return request is under review, what should I do?Updated a year ago

When you create a return request, sometimes our system detects that we need to review the issue according to our policy before approving your return.

We will be reaching out to you in the shortest timeframe requesting more information or photos if necessary, that will be reviewed exhaustively with the product and quality control department.

In case you do not provide us with the requested information, we will not be able to investigate your issue and therefore we will be forced to reject your request.
