I returned my order, how long does the refund take?Updated 2 years ago

When you return an VIBRO SCULPT item, the returns usually take from 1 to 2 weeks to arrive in our warehouse. 

We always recommend keeping the tracking information.

Once the package has been delivered to us and inspected, we will proceed with the refund. The reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10-15 business days for the refund to be processed and be reflected in your bank account.
