How should I prepare my package for return?Updated a year ago

1. The packaging/box must be the original one used and in perfect condition. Do not return in a box different form the ORIGINAL Vibro Sculpt packaging, nor in large, bulky packaging.
2. Securely pack items with labels and tags, inside the original packaging.
3. Attach the Return Label to the package.
4. Drop off the package within 10 days of requesting the refund/exchange to your nearest carrier locations.
5. We'll issue your refund/exchange within the following 10-14 days of your item’s arrival to our warehouse.
6. IF A GEL IS DAMAGED DO NOT RETURN IT, DISPOSE OF IT AS YOU WISH.
