Once you file a dispute, chargeback or claim with your financial institution, it takes a minimum of 75 days for the financial institution to analyze the evidence and reach a decision. During that time, the financial institution will not allow us to any sort of action, meaning that any process that may have initiated directly with us (return, exchange, warranty, etc.) will not be fulfilled until a decision is reached by the financial institution.
